Right, I'm banning Cf for giving me and Girgy 10 points for an answer that wasn't even the sheep answer.

The annoying thing is I nearly went for caesium instead, but thought no one would go for Californium.

he gave you minus 10

sigh

Californium (pronounced /ˌkælɨˈfɔrniəm/) is a metallic chemical element with the symbol Cf and atomic number 98. A radioactive transuranic element, californium is used in starting nuclear reactors, optimizing coal-fired power plants and cement production facilities (via online analyzers), medical treatment of cancer, and oil exploration via down hole well logging. It was first produced by bombarding curium with alpha particles (helium ions).

OBJECTION

Cf? Cf? Geddit? Special answer!

You idiot...go back and read the OP.  You both LOSE 10 points off your score and are now well within firing distance of a win.  Sigh.

What is your objection?

It's an element.  What is the problem?

I thought he had failed it, I was trying to back you up Kin

why on earth do they get negative points?

You've got MINUS 10 points.

Oh - bonus points.  Interesting...

oH FFS

There is a "special answer" to one of the questions which will recieve a special bonus of -10 points to anyone who selects this answer. If multiple people select this answer then the amount of people who select it is ignored for the purposes of determining the sheep score.

So the whole last three hours become a complete waste of time because of some arbitrary quiz fixing malarky?

with that, I am out.

Yeah, I realise now it was worth too many points. I expected the scores to be generally higher.

I don't think there's much I can do about it now though..
