sigh

Californium (pronounced /ˌkælɨˈfɔrniəm/) is a metallic chemical element with the symbol Cf and atomic number 98. A radioactive transuranic element, californium is used in starting nuclear reactors, optimizing coal-fired power plants and cement production facilities (via online analyzers), medical treatment of cancer, and oil exploration via down hole well logging. It was first produced by bombarding curium with alpha particles (helium ions).

OBJECTION

Sorry. What's the objection? You've even emboldened the is an element part...

What about the people who were REALLY going to win this quiz?  Having to put up with a ridiculous decision..?

LMAO @ Tighty being out - TWICE tonight!

Once more for his hat-trick?

It could very well happen on the next question if he reads it.

You need the periodic bed-side table of the elements.

Now, this next one. I am willing to listen to objections. What we have here is a case of a question which perhaps wasn't very clear. That said, I think this might make history:

QUESTION 12 - The Dusk Till Dawn monthly £300 deepstack game starts with 10,000 chips and has a 45 minute clock. Name one of the first 10 levels, and give me that level's small blind, big blind, and ante. If there is no ante then say 0 for the ante.

FAIL - 150/300-0 (not a level) - 5 points
kinboshi

FAIL - 4000/8000-800 (not one of the first 10) - 5 points
cdw1111

FAIL - 300/600-50 (no level number given) - 5 points
Shogun112
TightEnd

FAIL - 25/50-0 (no level number given) - 5 points
The_duke

FAIL - 50/100-0 (no level number given) - 5 points
Stokes

FAIL - 100/200-0 (no level number given) - 5 points
Laxie

FAIL - 100/200-25 (no level number given) - 5 points
Girgy85

FAIL - 150/300-25 (no level number given) - 5 points
RichEO

FAIL - 400/800-100 (no level number given) - 5 points

There was no one, no matter how normal, no matter how strong, who did not, if you watched and studied him long enough, sooner or later show his flaw, the exposed nerve that, if pressed at the right time, could paralyse him
