I didnt know which button to press, it got more confusing as the options went on, i got scared by what might happen if i clicked one so just clicked on itunes instead and am now listening to radiohead |

Just joined the gym tonight!
I did a session tonight on the treadmill. I did 30 minutes of speed interval training. I managed to do about 2.8km burning around 300 calories.
I have an appointment at 9am in the morning to sort me out a training program which is all included in the fee.
The gym also has a pool and steam room so il be able to do some swimming as well as cardio and weights.

Just got back from gym! (oasis, near Wakefield rugby ground)
done a programe with an instructor and done about an hours workout!
Sweated my tits off!
Feel good now and looking forward to a session 2moro before DTD! Gonna do some treadmill work and some swimming!
