The general advice when you have a cold and all the symptoms are neck up, you can train; if they're below your neck then don't.
But it would be incredibly selfish to go to the gym when you have a cold. If you want to train stick with the walking while you're ill. That's a good point. But I wasn't necessarily saying go to the gym. There's lots of training, like the walking bit you mentioned, that he can do outside the gym. No you just thought of the selfish option. |

Flavour?? 1 x Cheese and Onion Mcoys 1x Steak Mcoys LDO Nice. You chose the correct flavours for your diet. Cheese is obviously milk which is good for you. Onion is more or less a fruit so goes down as one of your 5 a day. Steak is also very healthy so absolutely fine. Well done on avoiding S & V. Although much tastier it's best to avoid salt as it's very bad for you. WD mate. |
