Where did you do your work experience at school?

I was away for the week when people were choosing where they wanted to go so when i returned i got lumbered with boots which was all that was left, it was a mission from where i lived as well so i wasn't happy.

Turned out alright in the end though, i nicked loads of ck Smiley

I wasn't interested in doing work experience, so i just stuck down Retail on the form and they put me in the local Driving Range Shop.

They didn't really want us there so they just kept giving us token's for the Ball machine and told us to just go hit Balls all day! It was awesome!

Midland Bank. Got to drive round with a nice lady to obscure branches that only opened for half a day twice a week.

The best ones were at Universities. Some of the girls there were awesome.

I also got to load a cash machine. Oh man that was a lot of cash. About 40k if I remember correctly. A lot of money now but much more 18 years ago.

Went to a local airfield. Nearly took the wings off a £250k plane on a fence.

Yup, "Computer Aided Design".

It's what permitted untrained folks to become architects & draughtsman.

It was all the rage 20 years back, it's prob old hat now.
