I read his blog all the time and he doesn't say anything ever about his personal life in terms of mentioning names etc.
Maybe Flushy achieved his goal of sleeping with someone famous and it led to the break up of Brian and Kara.
Edit: the not mentioning of which one he slept with is intentional.
