This!

Tighty, Kev, Flushy & myself had a blonde Management Meeting today, in London.

Right good it was, too.

We made Kev pour the tea & serve the bikkies. He was not happy.

Finally found his vocation then.

Did he bake the biscuits himself?

Exactly.

Kev came by train, & alighted at Hatton Cross Tube Station, which is 100 yards away from Jurys Inn Hotel. The Hotel is like 10 storeys high, & a mile long by half a mile wide, is brightly painted, sticks out like a sore thumb, & is visible from France on a clear day.

My 'phone rings, it's Kev.

"I can't see this Hotel mate, where is it?".

That reminds me of when Snoopy rang me from the car park of the Grosvenor casino in Cardiff.

I have a question... How did this icicle grow upwards??

The bird table was in our garden, about 30' from the house. There was 12' conifer growing to the right hand side, about 8' away.

[BTW, I don't know the answer!]

Has it 'grown' round a twig or something?

No, it was just ice.

a water droplet has hit a pool of freezing  water or already frozen ice it splashes upwards as it thins it makes it easier to freeze and freezes in the air

Seems unlikely to me... but then, I couldn't come up with any explanation at all.

Did you hang it upside-down for a few days ?

was it originally a large block of ice which has been sculpted by the beaks of birds trained by flushy into a crude representation of a finger in the air celebration?
