Good luck with this - hope it works out well - I've had a look and most auctions are starting their price at the purchase price rather than zero - just a thought.

Article in the Mail online today :

Bargain-hunters queued for up to 14 hours to get their hands on the designer's cut-price range for H&M, where prices started at £49.99.
The shoes sold out within hours of going on sale on Saturday, after shoppers camped out in gale-force storms to secure a pair of towering high heels.
Less than 24 hours later, hundreds of pairs of shoes were for sale on eBay, where bidders paid double for the sold-out styles.

A strappy pair of black 'Cage' heels, originally priced at £79.99, sold for £155 after 16 bidders fought it out for the designer shoes.
Peep-toe boots originally sold for £99.99 were auctioned for £200, and a pair of £180 leather thigh-high boots reached more than £300 before their owner apparently decided they could not bear to sell them.

Hundreds were turned away empty-handed after styles sold out.
Jimmy Choo shoes are a celebrity favourite and prices normally range from £200 to £800.

However, shoppers who paid inflated prices on eBay could be in for a disappointment.

An H&M spokeswoman said stocks would be replenished and that some sold-out styles would be available again tomorrow.

So you might want to sell while the going is good?

Anyway loving the thread - anything entreupenerial is ok with me!

Thats bollocks I phoned up 3 H&Ms on sunday and they said they are all sold out and will not be getting any more in stock.
I have seen the black cage shoes go for 200+ too

zomg its almost as if the decision was pre planned at a corporate level!!

Yeah have been replying to email stuart!
I didn't think it will be a problem!

Which designs are there?

Just rang 3 store which confirmed that they will not be getting any more choos?
the ones they had weren't very nice imo so could have been left from original stock. A couple of pairs of peeptoe ankle boots, about 10 pairs of studded pumps and about 40 pairs each of black studded sandals and some gold bejewelled monstrosities that looked like blokes shoes but for the sizes. I asked a woman if they were expectingmore stock of the other designs but she didn't know.

No its not a problem, I just have a personal hatred of Paypal and the way your forced to use it.
What did you put in the paypal box when you listed them?

I think it should have been set to stuart@monarchuk.com

If thats the case my epic grimming plan is well underway.

I have just left it as paypal@monarchuk.com
Shall I change it?

We have sold 3 carrier bags

A girl might want another one so I am gonna charge her £2 for shipping for each additional one.

I think Stuart will have to process the payments etc etc

A girl from denmark has bought one too
I dunno how much I will charge for that one. maybe 15£?

Also today I phoned H&M headoffice and they confirmed that they wont be getting any more stock

When all is done I say take the proceeds from the shoe sales and try to spin them up by buying a few dodgy motors and giving them a paint.
