J'adore mug de china. But will get my revenge at some stage, probably with a sumptuous slowroll. Sorry Thomas but you sure deserve it imo.

I think one more post and then we will open the floodgates...

Re: the arrogant and obnoxious Sky player, scotty77, aka Ryan Stimples(?) is certainly not short of confidence in his own ability. I had him on my table a couple of Wednesdays ago and told him he 'must be one of the best players on Sky.' His reply was brief and concise: "Definitely." He's right, though, one to watch out for,

No doubt - he is good. Very good. Like I said, a proper little Flushy. In every way. Wink

He has something for sure. He also has something else, than unalienable sense that he is the nuts that at the moment is his downfall (live, as everyone guns for him and calls him light which is a bit of a drawback if you bluff 99% of hands) but if harnessed correctly could mean he emulates ChompyIMO one day

Played last night....add one to my total please Mr. Chompy. Five for the month. I have to admit making the most wonderful spite call with the full Wilson against a player who kept telling everybody how wonderful he was and how he had read everything correctly......

Blinds 100 / 200.....one caller. I raise to 825. Matey boy reraises all in 1225 more. Folds back to me. I know I am going to call but thought I might take my time. So I did. I then asked if he was playing two high cards. He almost said yes there and then.......I called. He flips AK. I spike two sevens. Took it well.

Oh and a couple of other things. So good to have George Kiss winding up tables again. Also a worrying hand last night. When down to two tables of six last night. Four jonny foreigners on one table. Mates I think. Min raise under the gun by JF1. Reraise all in by JF2. Huge dwell up before call by JF1. Had rockets. Gave serious thought to folding to keep his mate in. You have been warned.......

Does anyone know who the guy was on Wednesday with the hoodie at my table. First hand with blinds 25/50 he dwelled up on the first hand as to whether to call (with hoodie and shades on) and continued to do that ever after. Renamed 'Phil Helmuths brother' the table began to love him as he gave his chips away but I fond it difficult to play against him as I exchanged looks ith Paul Ephremson (sp?) so often as this other guy dwelled I had to leave the table as I was laughing so much.

He was very helpful though - when I called off a bet on the river he explained where I had gone wrong in the hand.
[ ] I found that very useful as I wasn't already thinking it through and mentally hitting myself over the head about it. He really helped.

[X] I loved Nina for making him take his hoodie off.

George Kiss

Dick Lynch gets up at a tourney break and walks past George, recently returned from nine months poker exile through a hospital stay

Dick playfully taps him on the shoulder as he walks past

"Bloody hell, I wish you wouldn't get so pissed, leave me alone you fool" says George

LOL welcome back George

I didn't spot him Trace, but he remind me of a guy I was sat next to at an APAT event earlier in the year. I call him TV guy. Before every decision (and I mean even if he's just going to pass in any position preflop), he set his cards out neatly in front of him, side by side (for the cameras, like), and riffled his chips for at least 10 seconds before acting.  It was amusing for the first half hour, and bloody annoying thereafter.  Oh, after a while he also turned his chair round so he was sat on it backwards Cheesy  And he wore shades, obv. He sure was good.

A thinly veiled 'I couldn't take my eyes off handsome Paul' admission imo

Is Ephremson aware of this 'Brideshead' type fixation ? Mid-life awakening Chompster ?

More chance of the Posh keeping a clean sheet for ten minutes than anyone scoring points on a Saturday night.
Tonight's the night, though.
Sir Donkeys could make his long-awaited return.
