I am particularly interested in the best way to play  in the various positions and at different stages of a tournament. If you could also ask him ho he manages to keep so calm when outdrawn by complete luckboxes I would find that most instructive

Pelham's third now included. Fifth of 77 for me tonight for six points. Plenty of dancing and floating, but no fisting or rimming. Or none that I noticed, I was focussed, in da zone.
  I should hope not!
