Posted on the iphone app thread but i guess a lot of people don't read that, for all us who are trying to get healthier or what have ya this is an iphone heart rate monitor app. I have a heart rate monitor watch also and was also tested by the docs the other day and this is bang on.

http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/instant-heart-rate-by-azumio/id395042892?mt=8

My resting heart rate is 85, which is pretty tez but not life threatening, esp as i smoke.

The categories are:
Excellent is <60
Average is 60-90
Poor is >90

Thought it could be good for some of us to monitor.

I remember once being tested at an airport after a 3 day bender heading to Amsterdam, mine was 130 and the printout said please consult your doctor. [  ] i am/was healthy.

If we were taking bets on the weight loss league.....

Simon Galloway to win

Stuart Hopkin to lose

Everyone else to be somewhere in the middle.

May change if you were actually bothered.

Would rather get there slowly and still have loads of fun, than go super strict and reduce the fun levels in my life that all.
I am bothered and I am getting there though Wink Paris this weekend made me participating in this a little silly though as I sure am not going to be eating like a king for the next 3 days.

<3 Mr Hopkin's food charts...

I am travelling, few hotels coming up, so I will be happy with weight maintenance for a few days tbh.  When is the end date meant to be?  I will be keeping going until I get to my target, however long that takes.  But on date target, one of the big boys should abso piss this.

Back

Deadlifts: 50/60/70 - 5/5/5

Bent Over Row: 40/50/60 - 5/5/5

CG Lat PD: 40/45/50 - 5/5/5

Single Arm DB Row: 20/22.5/25 - 5/5/5both

T-Bar Row: 30/35/40 - 5/5/5

DB Shrugs: 20/22.5/25 - 5/5/5

Weighed myself before I left and I was 15st 5 which I can't quite work out as I was 15st 12 on Tuesday. I had eaten a lot of crappy refined carbs on Monday night like Haribo and other crap.

It's mostly water weight obviously from 4 days of eating crap but still never bad stepping on the scales and seeing it 1/2 stone lighter  Grin

Hopkin's food charts are amazing to be fair.

I love the idea of having a target weight and just kind of hoping it happens Cheesy

Final date is Sept 1st. Will be interesting to see who has lost the most.

Yesterdays food: 2 slices Soreen

3 Double Black Label n diet coke
2 Single Black Label on the rocks
4 Single Black Label and diet coke
4 Courvoisier Lemonades
2 Bacardi and diet coke
2 shots of something I don't know but it had Malibu in

Weighed in at: 151.4kg

Started at 154.2kg
Difference: -2.8kg

Obviously yesterday was a terrible day nutrionally. But it was a lot of fun! I didn't eat that little because of the diet, it just kind of happened. On another note, is that a ridiculous amount to drink in one night?  I'm going out tonight as well, but hoping not to drink as much. Let's see what happens!
