Weighed in this morning.  5lbs loss.

That's after being on a diet that included cooked breakfasts, seaside fish and chips, large ice creams, etc.  Back to the gym starts Monday.  Couple of weeks of really eating/exercising properly to follow.

Enjoy Malia.  Hope you don't draw the inbetweeners hotel....

Weight at start: 154.2kg
Weight today: 150.3kg

Difference: -3.9kg
Lost 2.53% of body weight

Yesterday's food

Breakfast: 3 crackers, philadelphia cheese and salmon

Lunch: 4 grilled chicken thighs
          2 clementines

Dinner: 1 turkey escalope, 2 chicken drumsticks
1 pot of low cal jelly

2 cans of diet coke and 1.5l of water during the day

Beginning to realise that I've deviated a fair bit from the fruit and veg and just hammering the protein. Need to incorporate it back or at least some salads alongside my protein.

That really depends on what you're taking. Generally speaking..not supposed to, no.

maybe in the 1980s. apart from a few select drugs nhs advice now is that it's fine to drink in moderation on most antibiotics

obv matt won't be drinking in moderation though so that kinda goes out the window

Weighed myself just now before training and was 15st 5 1/2 for a total loss of 6 1/2lbs  and 2.93%

I think it's slightly flawed though because I ate a load of shit on Monday before I weighed myself Tuesday and that obviously affected things.

Weighed in at 23 stone dead. So a 4lb loss or something. Pretty poor tbh, have been away for a few days mainly consisting of solid boozing and shit eating at the end of the night.

Moving house in 10 days and am making the garage a fully equipped gym which i am really looking forward to getting involved in.

Anyone still keeping it up?  I still haven't got back to the gym properly, but started eating healthily again yesterday, was pretty hungry last night, but starting to feel better in myself already.

FFS, all I read on this thread since this weight loss thing started are excuses;

"Haven't made it to the gym" "Was boozing all weekend" etc. etc.

Get off your arses FFS! You lazy buggers!

Anyone still keeping it up?  I still haven't got back to the gym properly, but started eating healthily again yesterday, was pretty hungry last night, but starting to feel better in myself already.

I had a terrible weekend which involved sweets on Saturday and a lot of curry on Sunday night which was instigated by John Tabatabai ordering almost everything from the mains menu.

I've been eating to plan since Monday and I never miss a gym session unless I'm ill. I'm still on the wagon as far as drinking which I'm pleased about as there were a few drinking at the tourney I went to Sunday but I managed to resist. Over 2months now and I think seeing it through to the end of the month is gonna be likely.

I've been looking at the leangains method and might give it a go. www.leangains.com looks quite interesting and the results speak for themselves. Basically involves getting your daily macros in an 8 hour window and then fasting for 16hours a day. Obviously this isn't as bad as it sounds because you're asleep for a good portion of that time. It might encourage me to go to bed a little earlier and help with the temptation of snacks too.
