Informed that last night's Final Table contained TWO "famous people", I was obliged to google one, to see if he was as famous as the other. Nah.

Top bloke, though, top top bloke.

HAND ONE
Blinds are 50-100. Four go to the flop. Not much action until they get to the river. Board now reads A J 10 4 Q. Bad player who spends his days decorating a cottage in Tring bets 600. Mystery player raises to 1600 but eventually gets out of the way as the other two stacks fly in.
"Two pair?" I ask the mystery player. "No, a set of fours. I needed to find out where I was," comes the reply.

HAND TWO
Blinds are 50-100. I make it 325. Cut-off and button both call. Mystery player raises to...3450 in the BB. I have QQ and decide he wouldn't do this with AA, so it's either AK, KK or JJ. Meh, beating two of those three. So shove for 12k total. Mystery player doesn't want to call but does with AK. King in the door.

Name that player!

I'm gonna go with Dean Morris as my first guess.

FFS... I KNOW IM BAD..BUT COME ON ...

I shoulda realised it wasn't you as you don't play AK innit Grin

wife in tow?  Chinese George?

On occassions...when the signs from the gods are right...but never like that at level 2..overplay in the extreme... not that ud know about that...  Tongue
