might be wrong here, but think it may have been capped at 100 rather than 80. Pretty sure we started 7 handed with 70 odd runners at kick off.  Still think it'll be a sell out tonight whatever.

British Gas got it in in Level 2, K-9 suited against A-A on an A high flop with two of his suit and a straight draw. He turned the straight, opponent rivered the house.

Gas left the table thinking he was out, came back a few minutes later aftert the table had debated whether to callhim back or not (Antony the dealer said No, btw) to realise he has 1400 left at 50-100

Got that back to 3700 and then got knocked out mid level 3.

To be fair to said leaguer...I didn't know what it meant until recently either.  Fortunately kept my enquiry limited to one or two people and not an entire crowd of men though.   Well done leaguer!

The out-of-towners can try their luck but this is a local casino for local leaguers and we'll get'em in the end.
Hot on the heels of the British Gas explosion, last night was the turn of Xpressman and the 'special' Paul 'Luther' Noonan (see Luton update day 1a photo for details).
A whopping field of 126, including ten on a table hastily set up by Kalam on the casino floor, means nine bonus points, so it's 18pts for Xpressman and 12pts for Luther, last seen having his glasses blown off by milfy Tina Bandyle in the main event.
