The card starts with a high quality A10 that my cat could likely be competitive in, and she died a couple of years back.

Using 365 prices they've opened up 4/1, 11/4, 3/1, 4/1, 4/1, 3/1. Whilst typing they've obviously taken a tenner on T1 as that's now 11/4 fave with T2 pushed out to 3/1. That'll be because it has an excellent draw with 2 and 3 going middle-ish and then three wides.

I had this between the bookends and can see the positives for T1 but will try T6 who is on the downgrade, could possibly do a 3:95 sectional to avoid some troble and has the odd 'RnOn' comment. Currently 3/1 but I'm likely just to be playing on the machine later if the price is right.

We take the jump up to A3 for the second and I fear Sox (RIP) would have little chance in this one.

RP have NB'd T2 who looks like he's always there or thereabouts. T5 looks guaranteed to lead but is such a short runner even over this 400 - hasn't won since October either. 7/1 so could be a big price on machine later for those wanting to sweat trouble in behind.

Might play the inside three in some combos as 2 and 3 look the strongest runners and T1 looks like it can hold a rails pitch. If pushed, I'd plump for T1 at 5/2.

The first of a ChopChop T1 double here for me. Doris only really runs her race from trap one and this race looks like a great opportunity to make all. May have to take a slight bump from T2 at the first bend but not a great deal of pace on the outside so I think she holds the rails and then something like 24:80 wins it.

Not rushing to the bookies to punt it at 5/2, mostly because they are all shut. Will see what BF is saying later as with a lot of these I am happy to leave them.

ChopChop again. This time Basil.

T6 is the short-ish favourite and has already been bet in from 2/1 to 6/4. That'll be too short for my liking, although looks to have been running in slightly better races than most of these. T5 could hold 6 up early, although 5 does cut the bend. Having watched the race from the 13th of March, I felt 5 was slightly fortunate to clear Basil - fancy T1 to hold his spot better and if taking a length out of these could hold on. 4/1. Lemon Dexter in 6 could be a forecast link as looks the quality.

T5 Westlake Genie looked the most likely winner on the first half of the card when I looked before prices but opened up 6/4 and already in to 5/4. Has a good length or more on these to the bend and can't see it losing but not for me at that price.

T5 Underground Pixi is definitely a short runner but this is likely a winnable A5 having been as high as A3 recently. Hit the front early and at least I'd get a sweat. Not a lot of these can go under 25:00 regularly so the 24:86 (last twice) from Pixi could be enough.

Clueless. They've already backed T2 in to 15/8 which isn't for me at that price - on the downgrade and an ok record in this grade though. Probably have a stab at T1 Opening Mischief if it goes off at a decent price, that sectional from LTO would have it in front and it has 575m form so wouldn't be stopping.

T3 Playtime Boy is the one that makes most sense in this A3. Since promotion to this grade has only went down by 3/4 of a length in both races. Guaranteed to be competitive with his running style, with only issue being if T2 cuts loose. 7/2 currently.

Tell you something, this is some awful graded stuff. Not one of the things I've picked out I'd have any confidence in. Punters gonna punt though.

For boring reasons I won't trouble you with, any thoughts on the 6.22 & 6.39 at Yarmouth tonight?

For boring reasons I won't trouble you with, any thoughts on the 6.22 & 6.39 at Yarmouth tonight?

The 6:22 is quite tough, T1 looks the best drawn and really hugs the rail. Watched a couple of videos and T6 looks like it might want the 5 lane and 5 doesn't move from there on the run up. 6 has very good back straight pace but gives up ground running wide. Traps 3 and 4 have the odd decent sectional at this level but I couldn't confidently say either would lead this race.

I know I'm guilty of siding with well drawn T1 and T6 sorts but, despite it not having shown up in this grade yet, T1 has the draw and the ability for a trouble free run whilst almost being a strong enough finisher to be competitive if slightly off the pace.

It's 3/1 which is maybe about right.

In the 6:39 I was basically looking to see what could pick up the favourite in T4 (2/1) as she has struggled home in her short career it seems. It's just a Jun 2018 pup though so could keep finding more given this is only her 3rd start (lifted to A7 after a short head victory LTO). T2 looks to currently have a couple of lengths on the fave but can't see it coming from behind, T1 just out of season so happy to leave, T3 doesn't look to have much early and has wide comments, T5 is the only one that looks to have any sort of finish but potentially too one paced from what I seen, and T6 won't lead 4 and doesn't exactly see out the trip.

So with that all said, T4 looks the most likely winner - and would be very shocked if it doesn't take a couple of lengths out of these early. Won't be backing it at 2/1 though.

That's lovely Scott, thank you.

I run a little daily/weekly tipping comp next door, & tonight's 2 events are these 2 races.

Do you mind if I C & P that post across?

Not a problem, it's not exactly the most insightful but hopefully helps someone.
