Same again for next year's Derby.   Shame its back at Nottingham.

Same again for the third round blonde dogs dinner?

Happy to do the same again but won't be going final night.  3rd round is def the best option.

Droopys Verve still got it.   Hosed up in her heat of the All England cup at her home track a minute ago.   Amazing if DV could win this at its age.   Pretty poor renewal this year without the hills sponsorship cash to attract the very best 4 bend dogs.

Very early 2020 derby dates announced because of Euro 2020.   Earliest ever in history.

Henlow track owner has just stated in an interview on RPGTV he is trying to lease Towcester for 10 years and its currently in the hands of his legal team and if it goes through smoothly he said racing will commence on 1 March 2020 both graded and open racing.   No mention of holding the Derby next year or in the future.

Confirmed reopening March next year.   Great news for the game.   Track going to be changed to make it much more like a traditional 6 dog track with tighter bends and narrower track.   Exciting times ahead.

Towcester back up and running in just over 3 months.   Opening night clashes with the 2nd rround of the Derby at Nottingham which might be deliberate as they will want the Derby back in 2021.   Will be a vastly different business model this time around with less than 30% of the turnover coming from dog racing with plans for many other non sporting events at the track throughout the year.  Fingers crossed it works as the Derby there for 2 years was sensational.  New narrower track (being totally dug up and redone with same same/base as Henlow whiich the promoter always owns) specifically for 6 dog racing when originally the track was designed for 8 dog races for the asian betting market.

Thank god for RPGTV. Even had my Dad on the phone asking for tips since there's nothing else on.

Bored in the house whilst off work so I've done the first half of the Romford card for this afternoon. Going to type some bits up in here to just to relieve some boredom, don't recommend anyone follows in as although Romford is my favourite track my results there don't always show it.
