If anyone else missed it the first time round, don’t miss it now. Supreme Scandi noir crime drama - The Bridge

First 3 (of 4) series are on BBC iPlayer. I started watching series 3 thinking it couldn’t get any better than the 2nd series, but I was totally wrong. Can’t recommend it highly enough, although you’ll have to deal with subtitles....

Just started watching Yellowstone  -  https://www.imdb.com/title/tt4236770/?ref_=hm_rvi_tt    - Looks like it could have legs.

The Liberator next on the list.    https://www.imdb.com/title/tt9308682/?ref_=hm_rvi_tt

three episodes into 'The Wire' finding it tough going but ive been told to keep with it..

Just finished the Queens Gambit' on Netflix which I enjoyed immensely..

Binging my way through Big Bang Theory again and Modern Family

American Horror Story is on the horizon for me but its quite an undertaking

Just got hold of an old poker drama series called Tilt.. cicra 2005.. got a few famous Poker pros popping up in cameo if nothing else Smiley

https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0428174/?ref_=fn_al_tt_2

Its not too bad..only on region 1 but i got it for £6 quid on ebay and ive ripped it down into mp4 format.. if anyone wants it PM me and ill upload it somewhere

The Queens Gambit on Netflix.  Never thought I would enjoy a TV series which was themed on chess but this series is highly recommended.

The Spy on Netflix.

This drama tells the true story of Israel's most prominent spy, Eli Cohen, who infiltrated the Syrian government in the 1960s.

I am halfway through and it has exceeded expectations.

Recommended viewing.

Really enjoyed this too, SBC was very good in the lead role.

|Just finished this, I concur SBC is very good in this. I've never really been a fan of his but this show and the recent film The Trial of the Chicago where he also starred are both very good.

And another from me, although I felt it peaked at around Ep3 and then weakened a touch. The otherworldly Anya awesome.

Bacurau and Shoplifters two recent crackers shown on Film4.

Queens Gambit was brilliant.

Ripper on Netflix also very good. Those of us of a certain age will remember it in real time. Staggering how inept the police were.

Unbelievable again on Netflix about a serial rapist this century. Harrowing stories but excellent drama.

Are you a latecomer to this?
I can thoroughly recommend going back to the beginning if so.
