The club is owned by a number of private investors. Barny and I both have a small shareholding in the club.
Chris North is the CEO and Paul Whiting is Poker Manager.

where exactly is it, and when does it open? Google is your friend. If I've read correctly, it's not actually open yet. They have a facebook page to keep you updated though.

where exactly is it, and when does it open? It is at 93-107 Shaftesbury Avenue, London W1D 5DY. It used to be a nightclub owned by Lee Chapman called Teatro. It is opposite the Fire Station next to China Town and has about 20 tables, bar and full kitchen. It should be open mid September.

I initially thought shaftesbury avenue was a terrible location as I can never find anything along there. stumbled upon the place on friday night though and it's in a great spot, dead easy for anyone to find, good choice imo

To be honest I am not sure how much I can say other than that there was a last minute legal issue that was felt better resolved than ignored. It's been a long 5 years of jumping through hoops but club should finally be properly open in September!
