Beef looks perfect.
4/10 a bit harsh, add 2 points for great yorkies but minus 1 for no gravy.
Northern boys love gravy.

Hehe knew the courgette would get slated! Slightly surprised to see broccoli not get a mention on David's list. Probably a bit too Christmassy but definitely give roast parsnips a try. They taste a lot better roasted than the rocks of the stuff did in Nan's nasty watery root vegetable soup! Some sort of stuffing would be ideal too and obv some gravy!

Definitely roast parsnips and roasted carrots too can be added, as can stuffing when the meat is porcine or ovine in origin.
100% on the gravy front, and a full on Rate My Sunday Roast would also feature a table set with a jar of horseradish relish when le boeuf is served.

Dont know about anyone else, but for me its alllllll about a good gravy. Bad gravy can ruin even the best roasts!
Pass on the sweet potato, mash? defo!

You have to remember I'm super picky and would eat either steak and chips at restaurant, KFC or slag Bol every day for the last 2 years!

Will get a picture, but its pretty hilarious.

She brought over a note pad book and divided it into 3 parts for the 3 of us and started writing down things we didnt like or were allergic to.

The other guys may have had like 3-4 things maximum and think I covered 2 pages minimum haha.
