Yeah my Auntie works and lives in Germany and she's got four or five houses over here (not entirely sure if that's thin or not).  As long as you still have a UK bank account and an address to send correspondence to then you're fine.

Quick thoughts from suggestions

- this wouldn't really be a spin up I'd probably be considering it anyway, Sunday just makes it abit more comfortable
- Gold Coast for the pure location reasons. Just 1 minute away from the rio and being able,to walk over seemed really practicle
-  playing all the series seemed like a really good idea but maybe it's a little too easy to burn out

Think this is a pretty good schedule and I save around 20 days

Regarding the money I obviously appreciate all advice but I think I'm pretty sensible towards it, I make good,life decisions in that regard and i protect what I have pretty well. Like I said after summer the plan was to leave Budapest and move,somewhere more long term with Ingrid rather than somewhere short term and thus property or wte I'd look more into then.

Regarding taking Ingrid to Vegas it's unfortunately just not feasible with having 3 dogs, it just doesn't work. The plan would be for her mum to co,e over to Budapest  for 5-10 days and she would join me, probably on the latter part of the trip. Her mum isn't very well though, so it makes,things a little,difficult too.

Regarding using is as a work trip etc playing a really heavy 6 weeks online then taking the week break for sky was so good. It worked well but helped me stay a bit balanced and I really really enjoyed doing both. I have a lot of friends in poker that I don't get to see very often and Vegas allows me to catch up with all of them. The fact is though I'm just not the type to go out on wild nights out, I'm old haha. I will see lots and lots of friends for, all ovr the world, go,for soe drinks and have dinner all the time. The exact hourly I'd make online would potentially be higher than here in Vegas sure, but the opportunity cost would in Vegas would be pretty huge too.

In reality I'm just not likely to do anything crazy, I'm old, bored and sensible I may get dejected though like last year, which is ofc bad for morale, but I don't think,I can co,plain about running bad in MTTs anymore after winning 2 flips on the warm up,final so I don't have the feeling of entitlement anymore.

Ave been thinking about potentially going to Vegas and grinding a whole series. After this summer I think Ingrid and I will settle down somewhere more greeny and homely and potentially buy a house so if I'm ever going to go and play a summer in Vegas this is one of if not my only chance. Ingrid is incredibly supportive regarding it too and encourages me to go rather than anything else.

I'd leave on may 28th and come back on July 7th staying in the Gold Coast (next door to rio) for around 2500 and playing the following schedule

There's a good mixture of tournament to keep ,e hungry such as 5k, 10k 6maxes, a couple of other 5k and 3ks whilst still a bunch of 1k and 1.5ks that would be huge value that I'd grind alot. I'd obviously treat it super professionally and play cash on days off and after tournaments if I busted relatively early. I give myself 30 chances of going deep in something and of course have the main event.

I would probably really try to do a lot of exposure with it all, lots of video blogs and written blogs. It's not THAT long.  It's only around 5 weeks and I can fly return for around 1k.

I wouldn't lose that much pace for supernova elite and would still be able to make that.

Im a firm no to Palms Place as well. It was like a really poor university dorm last year, wouldn't stay there ever with all the mtt grinders staying there, place full of pot noodles, crates of special brew and smells of weed

I might seem like the biggest pigeon in here but...

I honestly think you'd be making a huge mistake doing this. Playing a huge live mtt schedule after one good Sunday seems absolutely absurd. Yes it could be a great way to spin up and have a shot at a bracelet but you could easily brick the whole trip, feel completely burnt out with poker and need a break when you come home - further interrupting your SNE pace. Playing live for such a long time is damaging for your online game too (just look at Durrrr for example).

Vegas is very full on, playing so much live poker, being away from normality for so long takes it's toll. I'd suggest playing maybe half that schedule over 3/4 weeks and take plenty of time off in between. Stuff like the 10k 6max is not good value (although it looks very fun).

I agree with all of,this post really. Even after going to England for 1 week I've taken 2 days off online. So definitely agree that the shorter,stay is better.

However with 6max MTTs I gotta disagree I mean these guys are obviously sickos but so many of them over adjust its unreal. I'd say a standard range from them UTG with 60-100+ bbs includes q2-q4s lol and they start 3betting the most horrible ranges just because its "6max" I've never played a 10k 6max live tournament but just impressions from,playingmthemsupposed best in the world in online comps.

Get an apartment somewhere or better still a suite at vdara which is a great location but a non gambling spa casino next to aria, ceasers and bellagio and an easy walk to venetian and ten mins by cab to rio. I would say 2-3 weeks would be better and plan some stuff outside of poker. There is a shit load of fun to be had in vegas. It can also kill your head if you play too much.

Haha sounds like hell. What would be your suggestion for hotel? Just want something as nice as possible but close. I think I have some form of medical condition for impatience. It's been getting really bad recently and I don't know of I could manage those huge taxi cues again lol

Sure sounds good. I'm definitely not,trying to,save money with accommodation I like to be in somewhere nice for sure. Ill check the vdara, cheers!

I think the 6max events at WSOP are actually overrated when it comes to people saying how tough they are- agree that everyone adjusts poorly and particularly late in the series all the "makeup brigade" are playing appauling

I think Vdara is a great option for what you want- id be tempted to move to Wynn/Encore for 4/5 nights if your missus arrives at the end of the trip, nice change of scenary, obviously will be paying up for it but is really nice and definitely a nice morale booster.

Ok thanks, guess palms is off now. Cabs being 10-20 dollars isn't the bad thing it's the wait, it kills me you can always chop taxis with people too, so yeh it's not,going to be expensive at all.
