Hi guys..... Cropped up last night. Blinds 5k-10k....1st to act goes allin for 17k.....2nd to act wants to min raise....is the min. raise 27k (10 +7+10) or 24k (10+7+7) or 30K cos that is what a min. 3 bet would be?  Cheers Mark

what if he d gone ai for 10,100. would you say a 3 bet to 10,200, 4b to 10,300 and 5b to 10,400 is fine? obv ridic

His all in is an under-raise so doesn't count for the purposes of raising/re-opening action. It does however change the bet facing a player, and that bet is now 17k. The minimum raise is still 10k. 17k+10k = 27k.

I was given to understand once that if the under raise is under 50% of a bb then the min raise stands to be 2x bb still, but if it isnt, then it has to be 1bb on top of the under raise? leeeeeeeeeeeevvvvvvvvvvvvvvveeeeeeeeeel
