My upcoming trip to Glasgow in February to watch Celtic v Rangers is turning into a mini blonde bash. Forth Thistle will now be joining me, Boba Fett, seven2unsuited & G****** B***** at the Mint Casino on the 18th February. Anyone else in the area that night are more than welcome to join us. Think Forth (If he remembers the convo we had last night Smiley will be putting a thread up today.

no women though, right? (unless it was just me you were trying to put off)
Im sure Vinny wont mind you coming along too  Smiley

I tried to wangle myself an invite.  He said 'no birds' and 'no non-scottish people apart from cos'.
I spoke with the Glasgow Bandit, he said its  his bash and you can come if you like

wheee - i might come just to spite vinny
Bandit also has a spare ticket for the game if u wanna go with Vinny too, need to let him know quick

Smiley nah it's ok, i won't be able to make it anyway.  hope you all have fun though, and want lots of stories please!

6th in the 5er rebuy and nowhere in the £100.

Have to say, I was a bit embarrased by some of the stuff that happened in the rebuy. at 5.55 I was doing my best to get knocked out. Had about 10k at 400-800. By the time we made the final 20 minutes later i had 111k and only got it in ahead once. Q2 v A10 aipf AxxQ2, I shoved Q6 on a 983 board and got called by 98. Turn 3 River Q and my favourite was calling an all in with Q6 on a 783 board to see he had shoved with 9 10. Turn and river bricked. After an hour of having people delibarate for far too long with 3 big blinds i had had enough and was eventually lucky to ladder to 6th.

Had my Aces cracked early in the £100er and never really recovered, eventually shoving Q 10 and losing v 22 at 300-600.

Losing day, again, but was great fun.

Overtook a Porsche Carrera on a dual carriageway today. He then obviously had to overtake me, which is fine. Not sure the look he gave me as he did it was necessary though.

Small cock obv.

So what has gone from being a quiet weekend to watch Celtic, has become a bit of a mini-blonde bash. The Scotland version. 8 or 9 in so far, maybe more. Hope so. Never met Forth Thistle or Macool so will be good to meet them.

In fact, I had never even spoken to Forth until Saturday night when he popped up on facebook chat. I'm not really a gambler but if I was then I'd say only one of us really remembers the conversation Smiley Generally, I don't drink, but I have a feeling I will be that night.

Be good to see Eck too, I like him a lot despite the fact he supports Rangers, even had the 'pleasure' of watching the first old firm game with him and The Mole in October. I sure run well.

And Geo is coming too, Geo is a Hibs fan, Hibs fans are really Celtic fans that can't afford the fare to Glasgow so just go to Easter Road. So it's extra special that he is making the trip on the 18th Smiley

And then there is seven2unsuited. He likes to get drunk and then just disappear, normally walks home. It only took him 3 hours last time I think.

And Boba will be there too, which is good, as he will pay for everyones evening once we get sat in a cash game Smiley

BhoyWonder and G****** B***** make up the rest of the line up so far. Never met Chas, but unfortunately i have met B*****

aaaaaaaaand i've caught up.

Make sure you keep this updated mate- on the poker side of things from your reports it looks like you're playing fine, just keep plugging away, your accountant will sleep easy soon enough.

Sure you've got better players than me on your MSN but feel free to send any hands over from Luton!

Liking the diary so far mate, just needs a bit more Sir Donkey and it'll be up there with the best.
