Because in order to gain " their achievements" (is this ever an achievement???) they are willing to basically act with no morals and allow bullying like this to happen to fulfil their own desires. I'd assume all of them thought he was way out of line yet none of them said a word, as Marky said probably worried they wouldn't be invited back or throw off etc
Pretty obvious selfish behaviour IMO
I don't see it that way. lots of perfectly decent people just don't know how to react when someone behaves that badly.
As it happens, I agree with you. I think they should have protested, but I think it's unfair to describe them as "Dribbling on the table" because they didn't.
You have to make allowances for youth and inexperience.
If anyone is to blame for not stepping in, it's the DT and his floor staff.

I don't buy the youth argument. There's some very experienced poker players at that table who aren't young in poker terms by any stretch.
And @Boba Tony is worth millions, I just can't see that ever being right for numerous reasons. Maybe he wanted to make him feel uncomfortable etc but I'd find it hard to believe he is doing it to make him leave. And the point I'm making is he shouldn't be allowed to make him feel uncomfortable and put him off his game like this

Maybe poker experienced, but it's possible that they've only seen anything like that on youtube when he went off at Ralph Perry... In that case they probably aren't sure how to deal with what is a real life version of a chat troll on Stars.

I agree 100% but it isn't up to the other players to police it.
I just think that saying
"Everyone's too busy dribbling on the table hoping their mum sees them folding 83os on channel 5 at 4am"
is an unnecessarily insulting way of making what is otherwise a very good point.

Dubai wins yet again. Tony G comes across disgustingly bad in that video, it was that out of order I thought it was a prank joke at first. Don't know how Toby sat there and kept quiet, obviously a true professional.
Tony G is a joke and I'd rather watch paint dry. Luke Swartz\Phi Hellmuth any day, at least they have character. And wtf no devilfish? Just seems like one big joke.

Forgot to say the word 'joke' again. My English is so bad, I'm gonna start learning Irish.

I would have slapped him round the head with a wet fish, and made sure all the scales of the fish scratched his face.

Dweebo! - I only play virtual racing now, maybe online bingo now and again. Although I might start trying to bet on how many times you will a TR with : 'Well I was on the hijack, with 2 limpers in front of me, and I lool down at a J and a 2, so I decide to raise this mofo up and get these fishy limpers outta my pots.... Tbc

And don't tell me u had reversed implied odds, and u felt u could fold out his calling range, as it was capped to a wide variety of hands, and even if he did peel, u knew u would be able to outplay this mofo later down the streets. What u didn't realise is that u would both flop a flush and u fortunately he had a slightly higher one ? ... Tbc

Loathsome as it is, its tv poker with 'characters'. Toby may not be invited back cause its better tv if he reacts. Shoulda just been a 'character' too and told him to fk off. Wouldnt get shown and the berating would stop.
