So Victoria's dream of me cooking her English breakfast in England one day is not getting any closer to reality. So instead I cooked her English breakfast in Sweden...
Significant progress has been made since the first epic attempt and this one went perfectly and was legit tasty! One bad egg that I decided to flip right at the end but still tasted fine. Lacked in ingredients slightly because Swedish sausages looked minging and didn't trust anything else.
Not worthy for the fry-up thread but it's blog worthy to document my progress from a few months ago...

Tomorrows she's cooking me her typical breakfast. Will get a snap to compare (food, not legs!)

That fry up thread has caused a lot of problems. Managed to get myself a dry up for £3.99 the other day, which would normally have been great news. But there I was thinking why not use the sausage as a dam between the beans and the egg and wtf are you doing dropping the tinned tomatoes on top of the egg. Bacon was shit too. 2/10. Really can't go back now.
Going to be stuck with a lifetime of sausage and egg mcmuffins from now on.

So Stockholm is really cool. Ridic expensive, but really cool. It's surrounded by water and is a huge archipelago with over 24,000 individual islands!

We went on a pretty standard boat cruise around all the major sites and you could hop off when you wanted and hop back on after looking around. Some really beautiful scenery around and gorgeous buildings everywhere you look.

We stayed in an apartment instead of a hotel, and I really liked it. We could cook, chill on the sofa watching a show, even play table tennis! It felt a lot more like a "home" to go back to at the end of the day.

I quite like the idea of living in a one bedroom studio apartment like that. Modern furnishings, swanky lights and accessories, some cool artwork. And obv a sick set-up for the grind! Been wondering whether I could afford to buy a place like that, no idea how much it'd cost but buying a place has certainly been on my mind for a while and it's where I want my life to be heading. Been renting for 4 years now, and it's certainly a drain financially.
Anyway, got a lot of travelling to do today. Staying at Gatwick hotel overnight so need to get from stockholm- stansted - home - Gatwick. Then Vegas tomorrow.
Pretty nervous about Vegas now. A good start is crucial!
