Started playing a bit of 50/1 this afternoon on stars. Found this guy who kept making $1 bluffs. 5 or 6 times he bet $1 on the river whether the pot be 10,20, 50 with T high, 8high, 4high etc it was so weird. nice life i guess.

One of these days though mate he'll trap you and do it with the nuts, and earn a whole dollar for his troubles.

not as much as I thought I would. I hadn't planned to stay in cambridge this long, was just gonna go home for mothers day but I've really enjoyed it. Only playing like 3/4hours a day and spending lots of time with the family.

i think my memories of live poker are so tainted with the last 5 or 6 weeks that I haven't missed it. But once I'm back in notts and winning again im sure Ill be at DTD all the time again. Wanna stick with this online malarkey though and do half and half.

Had a pretty tilting day so far. Whenever I deposit on a poker site my bank (halifax) always snap blocks my card from doing it because of suspected fraud activity. So when I ring up direct line this afternoon to sort out the insurance (need car insurance for the weekend so I can use my Mums car when Hannahs here), I go through the very long process of being on hold, then giving out loads of info, finally get it fixed, try and pay for it, card declined. have to ring up bank, go through the security procedure, blah blah, they unblock my card. ring direct line back up, go through it all again then fix that. During this I find that someones played a hilarious practical joke on me posting "rest" on mondatoo's vegas staking thread from my account, everyones either thinks ive had a big bink, or i was just making a really insensitive joke - it made me look really bad so I was trying to work out wtf was going on and who had hacked my account or w/e. so pretty tilted. still dont know who it was but at least my names been cleared!

AND just played croquet vs my bro, and I was smashing him, right up to the last hoop, he was 3 hoops behind, and then he posted me (this annoying family rule where if you hit the opponents ball into the post in the middle, they have to go back to the start, or go back a couple of hoops) so it completely fucked me. so ended up losing when i dominated the whole game which was annoying.

Gonna win some moneys now to chill myself

Halifax are the most tilting bank ever.  Last year when I was at the Aussie Millions everyday when I went to get cash it refused me and when i called them they told me that security had blocked it because i hadn't told them i was going abroad.  I literally had the same conversation with them every day for two weeks.  So tilting especially given they were closed until 7pm Aussie time every day.
