Yeah, grinded back up from 2,700 / 17,300 chip deficit to ship the sand. Look forward to his next blog entry ;-)
Just a good job he didn't take the 'wash the losers car' prob bet really else he would be getting his bucket and sponge out...
Speaking of props, Alexos, is ours still on, starting from 1st November?

How fast did you call the turn?
About 10 seconds. I doubled checked my cards to see if I had a spade ldo

I've decided i need 5:1 on £20 everytime. It's just too easy for me to slip up or you to goade me into saying it somehow. Whereas whilst youre fairly addicted to those machines, I think you'll be able to stop if it's costing you 150 each time. 20/100 then?

The only hand the Steve kid can't have given flop action is a flush, yet he is trying to make you fold a straight?
plus surely you have the nut flush more frequently than you have a straight, given you would prolly not play 78o so there are only 4 combo's and you would raise the flop again some% with a straight, even though i think flatting is better and prolly what you'd do most of the time, seems that the hand you jam LEAST frequently on the flop is the NFD assume you have Aq-A2 suiteds pf is 9 combos and 44/33/78 is 10 combos - the times you jam the flop. i think chk back turn and call or fold the river (dependant on a few things) is miles and away the better play for him, I think betting the turn is actually a decent mistake by him

Looks like everyone was just clicking buttons to me
Thanks for turning up
This a dig or something? How else would you describe the hand? The only hand the Steve kid can't have given flop action is a flush, yet he is trying to make you fold a straight? If that isn't clicking buttons what is?
You said everyone was clicking buttons, sounded like a dig at me as well as Stevie. I don't really get his play either but whenever he explains stuff it always sounds pretty smart lol.

Results for the month.
Profit: £5466
Hours: 190
Wage: £28.71/hr
Pretty damn pleased with that, both in terms of profit (best yet on cash) and hours (2nd best yet).
Only managed 80 hours of 1/2 cash at DTD which is 100 points = £336 deepstack seat. Means I've spent an unnatural amount of hours playing tournaments, to no avail so far. We're in almost 5k of tourney makeup now and not had a cash since July that I can remember. But overall, a very successful month
Aims for November:
Play enough hours of cash for 2deepstack seats.
Play many comps in Blackpool during the GUKPT - get out of tourney makeup for K&K

Nice results mate.
Think you are doing a good job of locking your ego away, and game selecting well.
I know this sounds too obvious but play less tourneys.
Your edge is almost certainly bigger in cash anyway, and you have 100% of that edge, whereas in MTT's you only have part of it.

I think actually its a pretty stnd hand that should in a way play itself, I think you prolly played it spot on, defo situations where jamming the flop will be > calling but obv that depends on loads of things and defo some case for leading the turn purely because Stevie should be checking back a ton - very nice river check as played
and sick months work, nicely done sir! lessons?

Bit of an unfair thing to say when he has backers that have invested money into him to play tournaments. Alex has a responsibility to get out of that makeup.
Obv Alex knows this and I know he will keep the tournament volume up, but jus sayin.

Nice result for the month! Is the make up a team total of -5k? and if one of you binks does it wipe out the total or is on an individual basis?
