How did he react to losing? I always perceive his existence at the table to be pointless he is so inactive. When he gets involved in a hand (usually once every 2hrs!) I just muck as losing a pot to him would seriously tilt me up!

Well done to you both!

Big Mike was very annoying the few times I played with him. Aside from making Tikay look like Durrrr, he skips about from table to table every time he has to wait longer than 5 minutes for the nuts.

Do you guys think he wins?

Let me tell you about big Mike.

[ x ] Big Mike is an Italian American

[ x ] He sits with about 3k in our 1/2 games, and literally doesn't play a hand. He is without doubt the biggest nit/rock I've ever played with and pointlessly sits ridic deep to cover the table. He flats rivers with nut boats afraid of straight flushes, checks backs turns and rivers with aces (i swear I'm not exaggerating) He also makes a fuss about loads of little things, gets rulings in pointless situations, calls clock on ppl etc. He's also quite large so takes up loads of room and we always have to move around to accommodate him.

Nobodies ever even seen him put more than £200 into a pot, let alone stack him.

With this information in mind, what would you do with AJo on a AA4 board vs this man, when he has raised a £200 bet in a 3 way pot to £600 and you are playing £800.

Let's think what hands he could possibly have.....

 [ x ]
 [ x ]
 [  ]
 [  ]
 [  ] Any other hand

IMO, theres only one thing to it....
and im sure you will agree,

ALL IN
Oh hai dere jack ball on the turn.

Alex on auto un-tilt.

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

And I can't help but think you guys would do anything but laugh if he did have the 44  Smiley

I'm not having a go here but just generally interested as you've been doing this for a little while now, how good an understanding do you feel you have of variance in poker ? A big majority of "Live pro's" just really seem to have a pretty poor understanding of it imo, inc people who've been doing this a lot longer than you have. As I say not trolling or anything just wondered.

Mitch is a Super Grass lol.

This.

He's becoming known for his busy-bodying. It's a good way of keeping me honest I guess because if I don't admit to all these things you can bet your aunties balls that it'll take him less than 12 hours after the event to post it. He even tells Keith and keys if I arrive late to a tourney (happened once)

Notice how I humourously implied that I'd made a bad decision putting it in on the flop and that I got lucky to win the hand.

This is dragging on a bit so I'll spare the details, where the money goes in is irrelevant, basically I get AJ on AA4J4 vs his A4 and double up through him in a 2.2k pot.

You didn't need to come on explaining 'between the lines' for that one.

And also notice how I didnt post about your 99 hand?! Golden mitch calls 225£ on the turn in a 3way pot with 99 on 4432 or something like that, in his words "knowing one of them has a house" because he reckons if he hits a 9 he'll win a big pot. Needless to say a 9 rolls off no problem. Bet, call, mitch shove, both fold worse full houses. Mug.

We all make bad decisions sometimes mate, and I thought he could have AT or a flush draw. You say he'd never have those hands, but we thought Kurt would NEVER bluff in that spot like he did the other day, and big mike was pissed off at that time and was having a go at me on the other table for "being too aggressive" so I thought he might've snapped and feared he smugly rolled over the bluff if I folded. That would've been one of most horrific moments of my life lol, worse than stacking off to him. I would've jumped off a bridge if I'd folded and he showed worse, my life is worth more than that £800 so I put it in and hoped to bink a jack or 4 lol.

Also, don't lie and say you ever put him on A4, he usually folds that if everyone folds round to him on the button. No way we thought he'd put in £60 with it.

Also you were foolish to annoy me so much last night that I went to play dc, you were ip to me and I was playing shit, probably a good idea not be such a whiny douchebag to me when I was probs the best value spot on that table at that time.

Hmm Im grouchy this early in the morning,

LOVE YOU MITCH! <33333333

we'll get some counselling.
