To continue the musical theme, he's played u like a fiddle. Take note in future

This, bass-ically.
I would wager a tenor he plays the hand the same next time.

Rumour has it that as Alex walked off to the re-entry desk he mumble to Deadman "I'll be Bach in a minuet"

So obsessed with the Axis of Awesome, me and Leanne sat and named all the songs (got almost all of them without any help at all) and made a playlist out of them Tongue. Pretty sad but its cool!

Played the DTD £225 yesterday. Brilliant comp. Ideal structure imo. 30 minute blinds, 30k starting stack, blinds start at 50/100. Think they've got it down to a tee now. The clock goes to 40 minutes on day two (so I hear from those who actually make it that far Cheesy) which is great, but imo could be even longer, 50 minutes even. Nit picking of course, it gets a 5 stars from me Smiley

I built a nice big stack in the early levels, got my 30k up to 110k at 300/600, was chip leader, then lost two big pots, AK<TT all in pre, then I made a really bad river call vs this guy who I thought was Robert Baguely (sp?) who won the UKIPT Notts! Turns out it wasn't at all, and I paid him off when he floated oop with 56blue on Q83 NO BLUE flop! He found the running 4 7, and shoved the river, there was no way I could put him on that, but it was defo a case of "No idea how I'm beat, but I am", so I really regret that call down. #wpsir

Then I basically just got blinded away and pwned by Tikay over and over again. He said it was his dream to play a hand that made the blog, but I really don't want to give him the satisfaction since he called my raise with a THREE AND A TWO. From the small blind! Obv gets rewarded with the 322 flop and I turn TPTK for japes Cheesy #wpsir

I busted 3bet shoving 22bigs with T9dd, in a fairly standard spot, was pretty certain the guy was gonna fold, but the big blind "woke up" with AQ and called it off #wpsir Cheesy

Not sure what to do today. Pretty bored. Wish I could re-enter the £200 but they don't let you do that anymore Sad Defo playing live cash later but for now might have to grind some donkaments cos all my housemates are out (PJ made day 2 of Stoke AND day 2 of DTD, pretty comedy if he makes Day 3 of Stoke as they're both tomorrow lol, #firstworldproblems).

Haven't won anything for a while, surely I deserve to win a £1k soon or something right?!

Have a good day everybody.

My life is complete, I shall die a happy man.

I did "have a plan", but in truth, it did not include flopping 3-2-2.....to be fair, you do open every bloody pot, & I just felt so helpless sitting there watching you.

Alex very kindly does not mention me butchering A-K UTG v his BB, or my agonised nitroll with A-K in a big 3 way pot later.....

PS - Was a delight to share a table with you, you have terrific table presence.  Good luck in Columbia.

Man in deluded "young kid opens every hand" shocker.

It's amazing how many people say this when I must've raised 2 or 3 hands in the hour or two we played together! I went all-in a lot when I was short stacked yes, but before that I really didn't open many hands at all.

If you thought that was a lot, you should've seen me on my first table. The word bulldozer springs to mind.
