Sir Giblin of Belper, as stated by the rules below, a member of the group made a £20 bet with Keith about the outcome of a football game. Does this mean said member is liable for a £200 fine? Kthxbye 1. No house games: if caught £200 to live update fund
2. Flips, flop games etc have a max bet of £25 per person and no one person can lose more than £200 in a day (day = midday to midday): if they chose to keep playing, £200 to live update fund
3. CCR allowed, but only for deciding group benefits which have no real money value, ie. can pay for a meal, but not to decide who wins £400
4. No other betting games allowed when playing poker, £200 to live update fund penalty.
5. One £50 omaha flip at the end of a session, any more and it's £200 to live update fund.

As much as I would love to condemn Mitch one of the group to a fine, tbh I think it's ok. The only rule that could be applicable is no. 4, and only then if poker was being played at the time............... but I don't think the spirit of that rule was aimed at sports betting. Decision is no fine, unless there is additional information that makes a difference.

*should mention that the guy hadn't been given the penalty until after Mark shoved, otherwise he would've been in a strange spot. 3 bigs on the button with AQ...fold and you locked up 800 euro. Folding everything pretty much right?
Deffo. I'm gonna head to the gym regularly soon too and thinking of hiring a personal trainer to help me get into shape. Hours spent sitting at a poker table and feeding on the casino snack menu hasn't left me a defined figure by any means.

Can you explain how make up gets paid off please? I assume you give them 50% of your winnings for putting you in but then how much of your 50% do give em to pay off the make up. If it is a private matter just pm me

Oh ok.... So Alex won £2.5k but did not get a penny of it. I read that a mate on here was 80k in make up so this must take ages to pay off.... What do people live on in the mean time? Everyone must need at least a couple of hundred a week to live on. How often do you get people let go whilst I'm make up or the staked player go with someone else? Sorry if it looks like I'm a bit slow on this as its probably obvious to most. Want to know other stuff but will post that on your diary

Just like a big loan. Fuck knows what full time pro MTT grinders live on when they are 80k in MU though.

Very fair ruling imo, I actually think the spirit of the bet was aimed at that sort of thing but it's not in the rules specifically so he can't be fined.

There must be fallings out still
