No and yes. I thought some of the episodes were decent but a lot were a) pretty basic and b) really tilting how much he repeated himself. |

The interviews with Limon are quite fun to listen to. For more poker strategy episodes, the interviews/talks with BalugaWhale are pretty good, as are the ones with Citizen James imo. ep 114 w/Jamie Shaevel was quite interesting iirc |

Hello people, I am new here. I accidentally came across this site and I THINK i might have played against some of you at DTD. It was ages ago...PLO 5-5 I think or 2/5... i dont remember... THERE WERE 4 CARDS INVOLVED THO!  I dunno how this forum works... is it like AA where I stand up and say how old I am and what my problem is? Thanks for having me btw |

Lol lol... first of all, I am afraid I am not from around here and I might not get some of the jokes... haha My name is Pau and I am from Spain. As I said before I played against Alex I think and somehow I found this forum and loved the opening post... haha reminds me a bit of myself... I am quite the uni nerd actually. I moved to Nottingham in early Sept. and I havent had a real chance to enjoy a bit of the DTD action... been there a couple of times and it was really great actually. Im hoping to have some more free time this summer. I wanted to get some hints on how the action is going down there (I see there are a couple of nice pots brewing) but specially... if there are any good PLO games. I played the other day (late april) some NL 1/2/4 but no one seemed to have a clue except one "indian" kid (sorry but I wouldnt know how to describe him)... I am guessing that it is not always that easy to win 1k there right?...... |
