What is your favourite Beatles album?
Hmm, I'd have to say The Greatest Hits

Might be good timing you getting out to Columbia Alex, I think it's starting to test John's patience a little
Yes, I've not been myself recently, definitely will be good for me to get out of dodge and chill in Colombia for a while. Camera arrived today, am back in Cambridge for a few days so will test it out with some photos of my Dad's house which looks just stunning in good weather.
This blog will be really good I think over the next few weeks. I used to spend loads of time in my gap year writing about what I was doing, got 2 notebooks full of my diaries from back then, nobodies ever read them but they weren't intended for that, just something for me to look back on. So yes, expect lots of stories and photos over the next few weeks.

Alex, while railing at the weekend I heard a rumour that you were caught drinking a pint of guiness a baileys and a gin on tonic and was caught asleep leaning on the bar? Can you confirm the rumour?

My response: "I was sick everywhere...Were you sick?"

You prob woulda got more satisfaction if you didn't offer to lay yourself, done a massive bink in Colombia, then sat back and waited for people to say, hmmm, maybe Alex was good value after all. IMO.

Amazing stuff, month after month you keep delivering, & no excuses. Good balance (Cash & Tourneys) too, & no "I run sub ev" stuff.
Proper pro you, one of the few who can genuinely call himself that.
If it were me (umm, lol) I would include ALL poker activities in my P & L, though suitably sub-divided. So I'd include the staking bink (& of course all Staking costs, liabilities & profits), & the PokerBay costs. I'd know exactly where I stood with poker then. Break them into "On Table" & "Off Table", too, so I did not kid myself.
Great stuff Alex, really pleased for you. It's been a tough month for you off-table, one way & another, but you weathered the storm. Nothing is a greater test of character than a bit of adversity, & you deffo had some of that, but got through, with only the very minimum of tantrumage.
You are a credit to poker, & to blonde.
End of gushy post.....

I meant the ROI of Jackinbeat when I looked on OPR for 2012 was 75% and didn't know if I was getting confused

Hi Alex,
Hope you don't think i am being out of line. I don't have a subscription on SS and wondered if you would check out my stats for me. I seem to recall the 5 free checks you get only gives basic info?
Any way sir if you wouldn't mind
177272 on stars, marcie boy on Tilt
Hmmmmmmmm whist being necky, what do you think of them? What do they say about my game, i suspect it shows i should have moved up ages ago but don't know.
Any way mate if i am being tooo cheeky just tell me to FO and i would understand.
Regards
Steve
