Your December results are much more impressive than November
Well done on a decent 2012 Alex and Happy New year!

Are you absolutely sure it isn't in the small print somewhere? If not, yes, you might well have cause for complaint.

No, not in my opinion.
VAT is not part of the package offered by the Business, & it does not accrue to the Business, it is a Government tax.

In a lot of customer service sectors, sellers should make the price clear, so it might be something you are able to pursue if the total you are paying is higher than you expected.
What happens as a result is difficult to say but there's no reason why you shouldn't pursue it if you believe you've been done over.

I must say, I had never heard that expression used in poker until you mentioned it a few weeks ago, now half of blonde use it.

If you're on a business contract I'd expect it to show you the price without VAT. If a personal contract I was under the impression that they had to show you the full price you pay.
How long have you been signed up for?

If you can find the time, please play a couple of your favourite pieces. You know, the things you really enjoy playing.
OK I just did this. I learnt this piece when I was 15 for my GCSE Music performance, and it's still one of my favourite pieces to play. It's by Brahms who's one of my favourite composers, it's in a simple ternary form (ABA), a ferocious opening theme, gorgeous calming middle section with fragments of the theme cleverly intertwined, then the theme returns.
I'm just dusting off the cobwebs of this old repertoire, so I probably did a better job when I was 15 but hope you enjoy!
