He won AQ>KK aip for loads, KJ>AQ aip for 3/4 chips in play, K2 vs A4 on A22 3handed, A7>KK aip ftw.

Unbelievable tekkers!

Am on some sick run at being the house I tell you. 5 losses out of 5 I think. Time to hang up the boots.

Yeh that's Holly!

Yeh it is a pretty posh picture. I feel so un-posh living my criminal gambling life in gangster nottingham, so whenever I go back home - I gotta overload on croquet and Brahms.

keepin it real boyz

Haha living a double life, almost! If that were the premise for a movie, I'd totally watch it. Maybe not pay for it in theatres, but at least stream it on Netflix.

Yeah, he ran well, but a good player. Played with him somewhere before, but cant think where it was.

Did you take any action on anyone else?

Ahaha sorry! Transatlanticisms make life difficult. Especially when shopping for clothes. When I want a vest (http://www.zigoti.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/06/how-to-wear-women-suit-vest.png) and some pants (http://www.massimotailor.com/images/1pant_ladies01_big.jpg), I somehow always end up in the lingerie department.

Returning to Wembley...

I drove down from Cambridge to Wembley this morning and arrived to find that a deal had been done and that Pete and Nick had locked up 376k and 254k respectively. Wow. What incredible sums of money. Life changing for both, and (must be careful what I say here) the most incredible timing. What a sick sick game.

For Mitch and Thigh who made the final 70 but no further, it's just one more "nearly", but Nick Hicks has been the "nearly" man of the UK circuit longer than both and his result here should keep their faith and belief a little longer. It's undoubtedly inspirational.

I started off railing, but with a deal done, and watching in a seperate room, on a 1/2 hour delay - it was a pretty dull experience. Especially as nobody but Ed Gascoigne (and Linton's sister and girlfriend) turned up to rail with me despite many promises!

Never fear! £250 turbo side event was on, with the final projected with commentary on the big screen. 14 runners, 3 paid, perfect. Regged in level 4, was given 30big blinds, folded until there was 4 or 5 left, then found a couple of hands and doubled with both to lock up a cash and a flag! Result!

3rd was all I could manage, but that was £700 so a nice £450 profit for an hours work. Very enjoyable. Had an incred massage too Smiley

Then I was given the opportunity to commentate on the final. Commentate at Wembley? GO ON THEN Cheesy Something to say you've done init. I joined 3 handed and it was actually very difficult to commentate on because we had to pretend there was no deal and they were playing it out for the million, so when talking about the dynamics/strategy involved, I had to either make-up what they would be doing if there was no deal (and then look like a fool as they did the opposite) or say what they are doing but not being able to explain why Cheesy

Anyway, got through it, and got a classic line for wembley commentary in on the final hand. THEY THINK IT'S ALL OVER. River Ace. IT IS NOW!
(cheers ed)

Gave Nick a lift back which was nice to have a chat with him about the whole thing, and have some company during the long drive home.

Skyped Victoria for a couple of hours, then off to DTD to pick up some wages. Full 1/2 game when I arrive. I put my name on the list and the game snap goes 4 handed. Such a mysterious coincidence. Come on regs, man the fk up. You take my money when we play anyway. WHY U DO DIS

Poker again tomorrow, then fri/sat off to go to Oxford to see Out of the Blue in their biggest UK gig yet. Excited.

Aye, apologies for not coming, I really did want to, and intended to, but just couldn't do it.

Congrats on the flag Smiley
