Enough with the compliments. That Hollister sweater is f heinous.

And he had SANDALS on, too. No socks, either! I was embarrassed to be seen with him, to be honest.

Firstly thank you all for the nice words.

DAY FOUR

Felt a bit lazy that on our "serious money making business trip" we were taking a day off after 3 days, but it was Keith's birthday and after my 24 hour binge, I definitely felt no guilt at a 24 hour respite.

None of us played a single hand (of poker, blackjack on the other hand...) and it was a really awesome day.

Remarkably, after being awake 24 hours, and going to sleep at 6am, at 8am this happened.

Happened for about 15 minutes, but it happened! We had planned to meet up with Deadman and Shola for lunch at the Venetian. We were 10 minutes early so obviously we had to have a group spin on blackjack while we waited. Just a few hands....

Total group losses: chunks. We got cleaned out by "Lee" the scallywag. Stoploss again smashed to pieces (though decided to double it post bink - seems like a smart move). We flipped for lunch and Keith lost. He had also lost the flip for the taxi on the way there. He was having a great birthday. Then we all went shopping. 10 points if you can name the chap next to me in this photo.

Keith bought himself some birthday pants, I bought some "well deserved" new clothes, Stato managed to find some shades that were big enough for his face (no mean feat), Deadman didn't buy anything (couldn't find the G star outlet) and Mitch bought no clothes, but some additional food (was a lot of walking between shops).

Back home to get ready for a big night (Keith lost taxi flip there too).

Posh meal at Hakassan. http://hakkasanlv.com/home

Cantonese - absolutely exquisite food. Was abs incred. The bill was $1660 between 8 of us, consensus was that it was a bit much to flip for, but we still managed some degen out of it. Simon/Shola bought out for $210 each, so the remaining $1240 was to be CCRd for, with the following structure:

1st card out - pays nothing
2nd - nothing
3rd - $40
4th - $200
5th - $400
6th - $600

Who runs the best in this group of golden people?!

Linton - first out obv.
Me - second out wiiiiii.
Stato - third out (things about on par with our goldenness actually)
Keith - 4th out for $200, basically paying for what he had.

Mitch and Lewis chopped the rest $500 each, pretty brutal Cheesy

CIRQUE DU SOLEIL

Was a bit boring in places, but in others absolutely breath taking. Really was incredible. Well worth a watch, but I've heard the other Cirque du Soleil shows are even better, so gonna check out O later and also wanna see La Reve and David Copperfield!

Went for drinks after then everyone was pretty shattered (me especially after 3 hours sleep in 45 hours!) so went directly home...
