Randomly my family & friends all over the world have been sharing this on their facebook tl's...

Very well done to your brother and the group, great piece of work...

Can confirm my 2 year old loves this.  Put it on and she gets up and starts dancing.

Most of the bets placed so far seem more like hopeful punts rather than value spots

The funny thing about it was the first time i got chatting to Victoria at dtd i asked her what she was studying etc etc.  She said she had come to England with her bf from home to both study at Notts Uni.  I asked if they planned to stay in England after graduation etc etc and she made it pretty clear the bf from home had run his course and it was close to being over.  Being the sick degen bookie that i am i immediately installed Alex in my head as a very short priced fav of anyone at DTD to step into the potential bf gap that she might need to fill.  Nice to see i am as good a judge of these things as ever several months down the line.

money back if 2nd to Fred?

Mitch Johnson Stag Do Report!

Derby's funny man decided his size warranted two stag do's, the second of which took place last weekend, in sunny Bratislava.

14 of his nearest and dearest descended on Slovakia's historic capital and had 48 hours of fun and frivolity. On the face of it, it was pure binge drinking, partying and debauchery. But in actual fact, it was a weekend of discovery, of education, of fulfilment and more of a spiritual journey than just simply Brits abroad laddishness.

I think the pictures and videos will do a better job of describing it than I could...

We were conned by signing up for a "Life Drawing Class" but in reality, we had to draw ON the subject, instead of do a drawing OF her. Obviously this was devastating and we will be writing in to complain, but we had to make do and came up with some drawings of some characters back home.

We did a "Gun shooting" activity one afternoon. Here's Danny Ball doing the "Ashley Cole"

Fred was truly terrible at drinking games. He's always refused to do any shot in the year or so I've known him, but on this stag do he manned up and took part in the games pretty well. Here is a quick highlights reel of his attempts at local Slovakian 52% spirits.

A truly epic weekend, pretty much all my closest friends in one place, having so much fun together and giving our friend one final send off.

I'm in Edinburgh right now, about to see Out of the Blue, then flying back to Notts for the UKPC main, then off to Barca on Saturday. This summer is too good!!!

Hey Blonde!

Yesterday was a bit ridiculous, started the day with 16k lol and ran so good in all ins it was a joke. Throughout the tournament  I was allin and at risk 3 times as a 30/70 dog and won all three, as well as holding a few times when I was ahead and also busting one guy KQs>KQs and won another 30/70 on the final to bust someone too.

Tournaments are so silly lol. It's no good just being lucky a couple of times in a tournament - that gets you a decent stack, to day two, a min cash maybe - you need all your luck to come at once, one perfect day where the stars align and you just can't lose and that was yesterday (except for HU lol).

HU I declined a deal despite it being €50k difference, we had 40bb each and I really felt that was the right thing to do and the rail were telling me I'd be dumb to deal etc so declined, but the nit inside me wanted to save a bit and play for like 15/20. Especially since it lasted <5 hands and it came down to one flip for the lot AK<44. I guess I would've regretted it had I won.

Rail was awesome, got too loud and rowdy at one point and everyone got kicked out lol, then a few of the more civilised crept back in when we were 4 handed, so had some support for the end. Was a really awesome day.

It's been my plan for several months or even longer maybe to move here (Barcelona) and the plan was to just stay out here after this festival. It's been pretty hard to find an apartment but hoping to get one sorted over the next few days and start the next chapter of my life in sunny Spain!

Thanks for the kind words and support everyone Smiley
