Pretty sick day today. I went back to Manchester UKIPT with a bowl so would have snap taken final 2 tables at start of the day but obv having got so far it's frustrating to not make the final. Not really thinking about the money and yes I know it's sad but would have liked to have been on tv for a bit longer. Not sure why just would have been "nice" Will do a full report maybe even tonight
Drive home was eventful. Had some dick in a mini white van tailing me down the A50. Everytime I switched lanes he would stay rooted to my bumper so I switched to left lane and snap slowed down to about 25. He overtook me and fucked off. Prick.
Then had petrol light on ZERO- didnt realise this until I'd just passed some services so as I began my final leg down the M1 had a petrol sweat of 18 miles at 70mph. WP me. Would have been fun when my engine cut out on the M1 doing 70 with no phone battery had I survived..... I really am a dousche sometimes.
Oh and I think I need a haircut but Shelley doesn't want me to cut it- thoughts? Pic from UKIPT attached:

So the report. I shall start from the very beginning. Finished work Thurs looking forward to playing. Me and Shelley had arranged childcare so she could come with to rail. It really is fun and Shell drives which I really appreciate. I really do hate driving further than an hour's journey- don't ask me why. Just weird like that. We talk the whole way- usually about the kids. Amazing how little time we find at home sometimes to just talk with the day to day!
So glad Shelley enjoys being a Poker WAG. She sits in the bar for ages- reading books and playing DS games. I'll chat to her every break about progress. Usually obv whinging in frustration about pots. She calms me down. Rinse repeat about 6 times if I'm fortunate to still be in.
We get there about 11.30ish. I recognise no one at my table apart from some fish two to my left by the name of Andy Hulme aka stato 1 aka Countdown whizz. He's not in his seat tho and Simon Deadman aka golden bollox informs me mitch and andy went to the darts so they may be late. We're 4 handed and I open k9cc second hand and win a nice pot when I flop and flush and river a straight flush. I then win another pot with 55 on an a2335 board. Im up to 18k from 15k.... might just be my day................
