Decent start under Rupert but had a tez sunday and am continually managing to keep up my record of finishing 12-18th. I really run shit deep.

On that subject I'm arranging my session with Jared soon. I'm still finishing off the pre session questionairre he sent me. I hope he can help as I feel I'm a terminal case- I am born to run shit at poker and whinge about it thereafter

Hi mate,

I generally play 3-4 times a week. Usually an evening session.

Yup still working- one day I hope to play full time but probs not emotionally stable or financially secure enough to take the plunge

I go through phases- at the mo prefer live but it changes constantly

Deepstacks and UKIPT's are on MU

Do you think you would be playing full time already if it wasnt for the responsibilities to your family?  Or do you think you wouldve still been "sensible" about it and waited until your were financially secure?

Had this conversation loads of times with the Mrs.

Probably would have taken the risk long ago. However I wouldn't change things for all the bracelets and money for the world.

It'll happen one day and when it does I'll be stronger for it.

Would you agree that tourneys with a 3 minute clock are the true poker test?

So yesterday was a good day. Binked my second biggest online cash with the supersonic win. Massive shoot. I'm starting to think that I'm suited to shove botting rather than playing proper poker. It's all I seem to win these days. Don't tell Rupert tho.

The night was going bad. I had got deep in a number of comps but lost every significant flip.

I also played the 30 seat satty on poker encore for a seat to the main event. Was my only chance at Vegas but more importantly the main event unless stars run another huge satty which doesnt look likely at the mo. Not sure why.

I was going great guns and playing really well when at 150/300 mid position playing 5k min raised and I flatted with aces as there were three 20 bb stacks behind me. The sb shipped for 6k. Mid pos called all in and I snapped. I was up against 77 and 55. 5 on the flop for the SB to scoop. This left me with 8k which I got in with 66 against AQ. Left with 6 bigs I shoved KQ and lost to AJ.

Was crushed at the time but just believe that Vegas wasn't meant to be for me this year. Hopefully me and Shelley will get to go out in 2012.

Money>>>>Vegas atm moment tho. If given a choice I deffo would have taken the win then the trip to Vegas so all's well that ends well.

Off out with the family for some tea before putting in another smallish session tonight. Heater pls stars!
