Dunno about pilots      ......      but a few 'male' cabin crew have been entertained in Chompy's w(h)ine cellar (allegedly).

Got a lot of admiration for Howe

He obviously is a loyal sort. Indeed I think i read that when Bournemouth were in admin supporters clubbed together to pay his wages and he wants to repay that faith in him now

That said, as is said above, that sort of loyalty has a nasty habit of not being repaid in football. I hope it doesn't backfire on him

Compared to the squads of the other teams near the top of Division 1, Bournemnouth should have zero chance of promotion.

But they keep on bloody winning!

Howe set to be named new Burnley boss.

Interesting what the reaction of the Bournemouth fans will be tonight.

The only I'm surprised about is the timing.

Only a couple of days after he says he's staying, surely he was aware of Burnley's interest. Makes Howe look a bit silly.

Burnley hae a really good squad (Paterson, Eagles, Jensen all excellent) and should be in the play offs at least so about a 30% chance of Prem football next season.

Palace and Charlton probably will be both in Div 1 next season, only in the long term will it be an improvement on Bournemouth.

Yeh I think it's understandable but this week shouldn't have done the "Eddie has decided to stay". "Eddie has turned down Charlton & Palace would have been better. Burnley is a decent top end championship job.

100% he was aware, he had offers on the table from palace, charlton and burnley at the same time. the whole thing makes no sense

Nah, I was up and about and sat in front of my PC when the Hunningdon race was being run Boldie. Just head not in gear. Sat there staring at the TV rather than going all in. My fault.
Best days on Betty have always come after a gym session to get the blood pumping. Waking up at half eleven and chomping on coco pops rocks when they're jumping away for the first at Lingfield isn't ideal.

ffs ive gone off this diary!

Close, two PCs and two ISPs. Baller obv.

The spare one is usually on Facebook Scrabble at the moment, which is gonna have to stop.

Was mid-game during the last at Wolver last night and about to back the winner when I saw the scrabz timer was on 10sec. A few seconds later the price was down from 7 to 5.2. Still got on but it cost me a few quid. More discipline needed.

Are you mainly a backer or layer in running and do you mainly trade in running?

Would think around 60/40 laying/backing. Day like today I'd expect to play 25-30 races and will trade wherever poss. Looking forward to this arvo, five meetings, non-stop.

Ideal day - bag up and Posh win 3-0 at Brighton
Less-ideal day - -£500 and Fergie Jnr sacked for trying to give Georgey Boyd one in the bath at 5pm

How much of a surprise was the West Ham & Martin O'Neill news to you? He's not exactly going to have much money to work with. Struck me as a little odd.
