Brian yates has just become another casualty, leaving 49 players still in, and unless a minor earthquake occurs, no chance of us finishing beforfe the end of level 11.

Vinny Calenti 45,000
"I am going for a poo and then will come back Saturday" he wants me to tell you
Victor Ilyukhin, who he just doubled through, says he will take his chips back no worries. In a Russian accent very Bond villain-ish.

We've played 8 levels today. Break time. Probably three levels to go.
48 left. Will chase up some chip counts

Dean now has 47K, when I went over it was about 10k less but he just won a small pot.
I told him someone wanted an update on him and he said he didn't think his mum stayed up this late normally.

A 200,000 chip pot
Victor Ilyukhin raises pre and Alan Stearn calls
Heads up to a 4-K-10 rainbow flop
Ilyukhin leads for 2,800 into 3,500
Stearn makes it 9,000
Ilyukhin pushes for a lot, 100k+, well covering Stearn
but what's this, Stearn cannot get his remaining chips in quick enough....
with 4-4 for flopped bottom set
Ilyukhin lets out an expletive as he reveals A-A
Turn, Ace.....and Stearn departs up the M1 muttering darkly.

No way. His backers will be most put out to hear this news.
