And Baz, are you getting on the treble of favourites on this sham MAtchroom PPV show? Eggs shortening up and Paulie's legs haven't looked good.

Yeah I like all 3. Mathews and Paulie don't have much left. I'm a fan of Egg and whilst i think Paulie will enjoy some early success the relentless pressure of Egg wil see him take control in the back half of the fight. I think there is some mileage on Davies points as I don't rate his power.

Will be hard to beat but struggles to work out what button does what on the Playstation controller. Davies has similarities to Wilder, with less power disparity.

Eggington sporting a visible cold is a testiment as to how little they believe Paulie has left.

More looking forward to Thurman/Garcia than the hyped up Haye/Bellew fight. Any thoughts out there? Thurman on points a sensible bet?

You could make a case for any result. It feels slightly wrong to bet against someone who has performed well as an underdog and has a knack of getting gifts. Without a bet so far though I'll be funking for Thurman.

Full page in the Racing Post highlighting Haye's patchy record against mediocre opponents over the last 4+ years and seriously injured shoulder(surgeon advised him never to fight again post-op) suggesting that he might well not be capable of producing anything like his previous level. If he does the fight is a formality but if it goes past 4/5 rounds fitness could be the issue.
The columnist is tipping Bellew @9/2 and under 5.5 rounds @8/11

With the fitness/durability issues in mind will DH try and blast him out in the first couple of rounds?

In the region of 10:30, 10 if you wanna hear the build up.

When you read someone tipping Bellew ftw

Begin by naming the best heavyweight Tony Bellew would start as a slight betting favourite and go on from there.

Haye has nothing to gain by letting this one go a few rounds. I suspect Bellew will run like a scalded cat though early doors.

Derry retires, Pauli should retire if Egg stops him and Bellew may never fight again as the cruisers are on crap money.

Egg points 11/ 8 on the high street and KO 9/4 yet the KO is starting shorter on the machine. If not Egg were 100% the KO may well be a gift.
