Easy fight for Andrade, boys?

Eddie talking to the young lad that lost the other night

Is the young lad also an estate agent?

I caught up with the full fight via the official Periscope stream. Matt Cameron sang and danced his way into the ring then lit up the debutant. With 2 knockdowns the cards were a unanimous 33-39. Heluvva story the the Iraqi war veteran who recently turned full time pro.

Teflon Eddie is some spin merchant. Obviously it's not the matchmaker's fault.

If he did bust his rib in the 5th, done well to stand up for 2nd half of fight?

Good viewing, nonetheless, and my tenner on the draw got a run Grin

When a non-puncher like Patera causes you that many problems  then the ceiling becomes pretty low bust rib or no bust rib. Looked like a classic case of a man who had become used to punishing holes in people being completely devoid of ideas when that didn’t happen. I guess he will get a chance to avenge the loss on a rematch but he looks fairly fragile which doesn’t augur well long term.

I saw the first few rounds when I was having dinner, but missed most of the 2nd half, and then heard the interview post fight.

A much hyped heavyweight being slowly chopped down is pitiful sight. Nelson's matchmaking has turned out to be Maoney-esque. Shame about Riston as he is a really likeable bandwagon to hop aboard.

Marky will be chuffed to hear Teddy Atlas was on Joe Rogan's pod yesterday. That's a whole 2 hour time slot with little to no interruption to Teddy's ranting. Should be well worth a listen.

It's Tyson Fury's turn on JRE.  I've been listening to the Teddy one hoping for some Mike Tyson chatter. It's had to be in very small doses as Teddy's voice is a tad abrasive.

That was a nice little card from Eddie. He needs to put on more of them. Domestic matchups for the Lonsdale belt are always welcome. None of the fights were 50/50 as the comms would have us believe but they were all competitive.

Also how bad did Hughie look? He needs to get back of the wild boar.
