Two things this week.
a) When a job advert describes the salary as "competitive". I mean it clearly isn't then is it?!?!
b) No matter how hard I try I simply can't remember to take carrier bags to the supermarket. It's simply a skill I don't possess. Don't care about the 5p but want to nail this. Have taken to putting bags in the boot of my car. Today got to check out and bags were still in the boot of my car!?!? Strange fml moment over 5p!
Once it's scanned and paid for, put it all back in the trolley and take to your car and put it in the bags there. I may have done this once or twice. If it's a small amount of shopping, just keep it in the basket and sling the basket in your car. Makes a good ornament in the back garden. |

I actually wrote on here because there was a customer in reception when I went over and I didn't think giving both barrels would be fair at that point. No happy endings, it was a proper spa. |

Changes to the BBC News and Sport Home pages.
The BBC site is my first and last port of call when surfing. The recent changes to the News site have added nothing new and have just made the page cluttered.
The sport site change although in the same vain is awful (imo). Its supposed to be home page, as base a page to find easy navigable links, all they seemed to have done is loaded the page with video content, that is rarely updated. The phone version is almost unworkable as everything is so close together - most of the live scores etc have been removed.
Hate it.

I hate the changes they made to iplayer, making the schedule awkward to find, buried in small text halfway down a selection of large icons for popular programmes. |
