IS IT A BOOM!!
We have so far this month agreed sales on over £35'000 in fees for the month which is a whole months sales in 2 weeks but cant put it down to anything in particular as we have not done any special work, I guess we just seem to have some saleable properties at the correct price!!

Finished 8th in the LVTC rebuy last night which is my first ft and comes on the back of 2 x 30th odd placed finishes and means "The Ho's" remain embedded in the top 20 and hopefully another decent result this week can get us close to the top 10 ready for the live final.
I was on the tables with a few blondies and shared some banter along the way with Al, Claypole etc etc roll on Thursday.
Today is a half day off which I never normally do but I got caught speeding before xmas and have to do a 1/2 day driving course on Friday so Maxwell and I are going on a boys day out!!!
