Yeah but then I would see you everynight for a swim and game of snooker!!!
You would love that and you know it! 650 for that house is insane. Need 130k for a deposit.
OMG
Is there a pub in walking distance of that house?

I was speaking to my cousin today, lets call him Dave. Dave is about 32 and works in the city and has never bought a property but rents for £2400 pcm close to where he works for one of the banks, yesterday he rang me having asked my advice previously about purchasing something to tell me he has offered on the property he rents.
This is not the exact one as his is a 2 bed but he has offered £687'000 as a FIRST TIME BUYER!!!
http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-26492449.html
I cant believe it tbh so today I emailed him this beauty which has just come on the market with ourselves and can be secured for around £725000 and is only 1 hour on the train to London, 5 mins walk to the station, 10 mins to the seafront!!
What would you rather buy???

Id have neither. Both too woody.

So I can live in that house and own the local pub!
Dear Santa.......
For Xmas I would like house above, plus lease to pub
I have been good this year and refrained from retaliating to Eso's comment as I believe his wife is too lovely to use in such jokes.
That is all
Thanks

It's not exactly 1 hour to London though. It's probably an hour to Lincoln, which is the closest town. Louth doesn't count.
Big houses are overrated. And yes, that is a bit thin
. Unless you can afford a decent team of people to look after it (gardener, housekeeper, handyman, etc), you end up spending all your spare time dealing with maintenance stuff. We moved from a big house (well, big-ish, 4000sqft in 1/2 acre) in the sticks to a smaller house closer to town, and I didn't realise what a time-pit it was, until I actually managed to get through a weekend without having to do garden/housey crap. And it took 30 minutes just to get to a supermarket. And they didn't deliver. And neither did pizza/curry/chinese.

Eso gets the thread back on track with a quality degen story, pffft to houses! Placepot perms for the sweat. I remember going through the card at Newcastle on a quiet Monday many a year ago. All my bets were singles and I had studied the form guide in the RP for hours that morning and was made up with my few hundred return.
Sigh at the placepot paying 2k plus and the combined odds of the 6 fold... well in the 5 figs. Are we greedy in what we could of won and not always happy with our smaller wins?

When's the last time uvplayed roulette?
I hate it once I start it's so hard to stop
I reckon over the past 5 years if I gave you £500 as a guess and you had the exact figure I would be expecting a couple of hundred in change for all house games!!
The only time I play is if out with the office on a social and everyone is playing tbh I would just sit on the 3card and lose my money slowly, it really does not give me the same buzz anymore!!
Out of interest is that how you spewed some ££ recently? obv tell me to gtfo if u want
Yup spent alot in crimbo buying gf and the new house things and general jollies
A few comma sessions on roulette didn't help and otter degenerate stuff
Oh well had a good time
Just need to grind again from sq1
What you wiped out the whole DTD online roll?
Sq 1 being 5/10 euro mtt's?
withdrew it for real life spendings
sq1 means get staked and grind
