I'd like to thank the Baltimore Ravens defense for their worst display since their inception.... apparently around 284 games... had fought back to even after a weird weekend and a couple of freak results...... then Baltimoregate Sigh.....

If:
Wk 16: Jets (h) beat Giants, Eagles win @ Dallas
Wk 17: Eagles (h) beat Redskins, Giants (h) beat Dallas
Then the 8-8 Eagles would make the playoffs as NFC East Champions and No 4 seed, as they hold all the tie-breakers in the NFC East. NB: If any one of those results goes the other way then it's mathematically impossible for them to get there.

I caught this almost live yesterday on the Red Zone coverage - the Johnny Knox injury. I think it's right up there with the David Busst, Henrik Larsson one's in terms of being difficult to watch.
