IMO I just don't see how he beats Diaz at 170, too big and too strong and durable.

Early prices 9/10 your pick, surely a max bet on Diaz.

I know that but he gassed with the extra weight then shoots to the ground when getting it tight in the second, IMO he gave up as Diaz took everything and kept coming.

Nah, I think Nate rang his bell and dazed, he made the mistake of shooting. Probably didn't know much about it.
I think if Conor and Nate fight 10 times at 155 or 170, Conor maybe wins 7.

Would rather it be at 155 personally, more to make the cut back to 145 easier when he faces the winner of Frankie vs Aldo to unify the FW belt in the summer (Pulling for Frankie to beat Aldo).

If Conor doesn't fight the winner of that next, he should vacate and make a run at 155 instead

Dana said everybody has to fulfil media obligations, and the only other person to skip one was Nick Diaz, who got pulled.

McGregor didn't want to leave Iceland, as he was there training, and felt it would be detrimental.

Guess he tried calling Dana's bluff, and found out, he's not quite bigger than the sport, yet.



If that's a cover, I'd guess it's exactly what Micko said, and he was angling for a bigger cut of the PPV.
