Just watched last night's fights. Had tipped up Thomson points at 6/1 and thought I had a chance, was a super close fight in my opinion - I have no idea what Rogan was going on about at the end claiming Bendo controlled the fight. Can easily have it 3-2 Thomson.

Think Henderson won, but could well have been different if Thomson hadn't gotten hurt right in the middle of the fight.

R1 - Thomson
R2 - ?
R3 - Bendo
R4 - Thomson
R5 - ?

IMO. So Bendo would have to get the two ? rounds which I'm not sure I can have.

I'll have to watch it again when I get time, but I seem to remember thinking that Thomson did really well to start with, and then Henderson was better in the 2nd half of the fight.

It's been a long weekend... Thomson was better to start with and then Thomson was better in the 2nd half Grin

Wasnt watching closely so dont really have an opinion on the decision, Henderson kinda annoys me though, in all his fights I cant remember him coming close to finishing a fight. He's entering the GSP zone of being so good but fighting not to lose.  Wish he would lose a couple of those close decisions so that it forced him to look for finishes.

Anyway on the subject of judging, they always complain the judging is so bad but where is it said that the commission need to supply the random dudes that judge fights now? Especially outside of USA, why not have a panel of fully trained judges, made up of coaches and ex fighters and other experts and have them as judges?

Still not seen it, but definitely agree with all of that.

He irritates me immensely, so I really hope that he fights Melendez and gets absolutely destroyed!

Anyone going to the event in the O2?

Buying 4 tickets for a mate tomorrow, but not going myself.

I was a bit underwhelmed by live UFC if I'm honest, but I paid £250 for my tickets, and I guess I've just had more fun for the money doing other stuff.

Don't get me wrong, it was alright and I'm glad I went, but I wouldn't be paying $400 for tickets in a hurry again!

Would sooner have watched it in the bar,  and then sprayed the money around the strip club Smiley

Picks for Saturday?
Would love Lawler to win. Can't back it, but will be routing for it. Heavy hitter, and Hendricks lets a few through.
Condit v Woodley could be a war too.
Sanchez deserves a win after the gutsy performance last time.
Hope Lombard knocks Sheilds' head off.
