erm somehow i've lost 5 lbs this week. had a cold so no exercise, just keeping a rough tally in my head of cals around 2K a day.

so obv weight lose is not linear so it could just be the last couple of weeks of no weight loss catching up. have been taking large doses of vit D tho, some quacks on the internet say it helps with colds. took 20K IUs one day and about 10K the rest. just googled and other quacks on the internet are saying it helps weight loss too.

anyway whatever very happy, start weight 230 lbs, current weight 212 lbs, only a measly little 6 lbs to go!

Fk that, I'm alright at turning down fish and chips or saying no to a chinky but no shot I'm going in and getting food for others so I can abstain!!!

Fair play though lol

Weighed in today at 14st 5.4lbs which is a loss of 1.6lbs this week and a total loss of 18.6lbs, another 9.4lbs to go to hit target.

Thought I'd had a better week than that so a little disappointed but still on track to hit my overall target so all is still good.

Pretty decent start to the week today.

Food's been very good and training was first class.

I still need to up the calories and protein a bit but I'm reasonably pleased.

I've not had supper yet but that's planned in for about 11.30pm. With supper today's totals will be:

3165 calories
263g protein
363g carbs
65g fat

I'm trying to keep the fat down to 10% or less of my total intake. This will help to keep the waistline reasonable while I'm adding weight.

If I'm struggling towards the end I'll just reduce it as necessary.

hmmmm... decided to stop fking around and put some effort in so am going for 20lb loss in 5 weeks.
TBH for me 24lb in 12 weeks was probs too easy, especially as I lost soemthing like 7lb the first week.
Trained this morning, light weights, and will aiming for some form of cardio almost everyday. Will be eating very clean which will mainly consist of tuna salad, no sauces of any kind.
This is not a particularly healthy, long term way of doing this but fk it...lols

Abso love pancakes! Plan is to have em on Sunday if I bink my 5lb loss for the week. The plan is to have 5gym sessions this week,  First was last night. Somehow I jumped on the scales and it said +3lbs can only put this down to all the water I drank yesterday or being bunged up as my diet has been strict.
