No diet plan just started eating more healthy, cooking fresh foods rather than eating processed crap and cut down on the takeaways. Also the car breaking down and walking everywhere helped. I didn't even have a plan to lose weight or make any massive changes like going to the gym it just happened after a few basic charges to my lifestyle.

Been very tired all week as have been keeping carbs very low. Eating very clean, nothing processed.
Went to mcDonalds with mrs and son today. Wile they piled it in I sat there eating abso fk all- not hard mind as I only like their milkshakes anyway.

Weights today was really tough, will be keeping em low for the next month

Diet 24/02/12

Sport Kitchen Chilli & Rice
Sport Kitchen Chicken & Pasta
Sport Kitchen Bolognese
Pro 50
Isoclear

Protein:203g
Carbs:  109g
Fat:       20g

Cals:   1460

Now that looks mustard and is about perfect for me other than maybe 30g less carbs, bang on an Achari Chicken, Pilau, Naan and 2 cobras then we're a bit higher Cheesy

Those sport kitchen things are the business if you have trouble making time to eat well at any point, they're not the cheapest but they're like pot noodles on steroids!!

Got a roast today mum is doing and then going to visit my godson tomorrow and having dinner over there which means chinese. Will have to curb my creme egg fetish for the weekend and keep it under 5 Cheesy

Weighed in .4lb heavier than last week which isn't a surprise after last night and nothing I'm worrying about. Will be trying to have a good couple weeks so I can get to 213lbs if possible before I head off to Clacton on the 9th.

Probably a good idea you didn't tbh as you'd have cried tomorrow when you got on the scales after tonight Cheesy
