Another good day today. Tough chest session at the gym, a nice long walk with the dog and a good day of eating.

3141 calories
295g protein
269g carbs
92g fat

Quite a high fat content today at 14% of my total intake. It's mainly down to 2 spoons of peanut butter. 34g of fat in 2 tablespoons!!! It's not bad fat but it's still a fair bit. Whilst it's great for putting weight on (430 cals in the 2 spoons) I need to keep tabs on the waist so I think I'm going to cut it out. I'll need to slip in an extra protein shake to keep the protein up but that's not a problem.

One more good day tomorrow then it's the usual Thursday lunch with mum + curry night with Hopkin. Always a bad one that but if I can keep it good Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday I don't mind at all.

I have a plan to work off the pancakes

I am building wardrobes in a third floor flat so instead of using the lift it's the stairs for me today

Diet 21/02/12

Reflex Flapjack
Isoclear
200g Chicken
150g Lamb
2 Pitta
Pro 50

Protein:224g
Carbs:  110g
Fats:       46g

Cals:   1781

Didn't sleep too well last night, woke up at 9 having gone to bed at gone 5 and doubtful I'll sleep again before work tonight. I did forget to take my melatonin though which I've been using the last week to good effect.

Gym hasn't been going too bad the last week or so and I'm starting to get the hang of the olympic db which were awkward at first. Legs are obviously a prob but one of the bodybuilders from a training site hooked me up with DB squats which are better than doing nothing at all.

Missed out on pancake day last night but I've got a recipe to hand for protein pancakes which only uses  an egg, protein powder and water for some carb free treatage Smiley

No you can't, you can put on loads of water weight through excess carbs/sugars though and that will dissipate within a few days.
